Minimum Stay Requirements

• 2-night minimum throughout the year except the Fall Leaf season, Spring Break, Summer, and holidays. No single night reservations offered.
• Spring Break:
  • 5-night minimum @ Seasonal rate OR
  • 3-night minimum @ Peak rate
• Summer:
  • 3-night minimum (except for 4-bedroom homes)
  • 4-night minimum (4-bedroom homes)
• Leaf season (October and first week in November):
  • 4-night minimum  (1st week - 3 night minimum)
• Major Holidays (Thanksgiving***, December holidays, New Years, Independence Day):
  • 5-night minimum (on smaller homes)
  • 7-night minimum (4-bedroom and select 3-bedroom homes)
  • Reservations encompassing a holiday will be set at the holiday rate
  • *** 7-night minimum applies to all homes for Thanksgiving
  • Holiday Rates apply for all nights of the reservation
• Holidays (all other holidays):
  • 3-night minimum @ Holiday rate OR
  • 5-night minimum @ Peak rate
