- 4-night minimum (1st week - 3 night minimum)
- Major Holidays (Thanksgiving***, December holidays, New Years,
Independence Day):
- 5-night minimum (on smaller homes)
- 7-night minimum (4-bedroom and select 3-bedroom

- Reservations encompassing a holiday will be set at the
holiday rate
